Narel - Philippine Court of Appeals (2004)

Further evidence of Narel's business practices...

http://ca.supremecourt.gov.ph/cardis/SP86106.pdf

In a nutshell: Narel did not want to re-pay the obliged PhP 63M loan back to the loaning bank, and they didn't want the collateral on the loan to be auctioned off by the bank, in an attempt by the bank to minimize its losses from the deliquent Narel loan.

Typical of Narel. Thank God, for once, the "good guys" won one!

My dream house wasn't build by NAREL 2011, this is located in Dasmarinas Cavite near SM dasma. All of my deposit was not given back to me. All of their staff resigned and only one house keeping boy left. STAY AWAY FROM NAREL.

Sorry to hear this, po.

You know, I don't even know if Narel is still in business! Their 2 websites are no longer functioning, and no replacement is evident.

I wonder what their customers will do if they have to use the warranty that Narel offered???
